This episode, we make Squash Radio (SqR)history as we welcome our first interview with the former World No. 1 and World Champion, Thierry Lincou!
Thierry Lincou is currently the Head Coach of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) squash team. He reached the World No. 1 ranking among squash professionals in January 2004.

In this episode, Squash Radio (SqR) sits down with Pat Cosquer, the newly appointed Coach of Hobart and William Smith Colleges Squash Program,
In this globalized world, the challenge to work in diverse social and cultural teams is inevitable. This challenge to embrace it goes out to squash teams and the squash community as a whole.
This episode talks about culture. We have Pat Cosquer, a coach who has multiple perspectives on culture and whatever scenarios he goes through. He will let listeners understand what it is like to work in a socially and culturally diverse team, also, the culture on the squash side. He will talk about his perception of team success and how he deals with stress with his team. We invited Gilly Lane to share his expertise in coaching and leading a team. He has travelled the world playing against the top squash players in the world as a professional athlete. He has been the Head Coach of the men's Squash program at the University of Pennsylvania since 2016, and the head of the US Squash Academy since 2012.
